It's been a bit slow around here the last week so I thought I'd have one of those ever popular dream divinations. Here's an odd dream I remember from the other night:
There was a wedding, but at the altar was a man and wife and another woman (a friend of mine, but several years older than she is now). They went through the ceremony and my friend married both the husband and the wife (not just the husband like for Mormons). In the dream though it felt as though this was very normal and not strange at all. I couldn't see the married couple's faces.
Any ideas of what a three-way marriage could mean? Or was it just a very strange dream?

Tom, it almost sounds like the man is marrying two sides of the same woman. Almost as if the older version of your friend represents something that the bride has not become yet, but will. Does that make sense? It sounds like a dream of incorporating all facets of the self into one being.

I think I understand what you mean. It just struck me as a very odd dream.
Actually I've had another dream about her ages ago (when I first met her), where I saw both sides to her personality personified in my dream so it may be a continuation of that dream.
