Ok I have been letting alot of things within the Jedi community bother me. This has been bothering me with some sleepless nights and lack of proper nutrition. Well on sunday when talking with Jenni I really hit my boiling point. I am happy that are arguement was done over the phone and not in person. (To say it was bad does not even do cover it in the slightest.) After I completed a hardcore workout and practice session I managed to get it all out. It is kinda funny what type of weight training you can do when you are angry.
In any event on monday morining Jenni and I were talking and next thing you know the first of 3 hail stroms moved in to our area. When it was over we noticed about 20 or so dings on the car and a shattered winshield and all I could do was laugh about the situation. The whole day was a day of anger for our weather. Vilant stroms, tornadao warnings and flash flooding was the norm for the day in wichita.
I know there was a connection between my sunday and our monday. I am just not sure if the approaching storm influanced me, or if I brough forth the vilant weather. Yes i know this may sound conceited or foolilsh but if you would have seen me on sunday you would completely understand.
Any thoughts on this?

Did you allow your rage to control you, or did you use it as fuel during your workout? If you gave into it, then there's not much to explain, but if you used it as fuel, any thoughts on how you directed it to achieve your goal?

Actually, Rage is interesting. I don't get that angry very often, but when I do, I have found that it helps me focus. I am energized, think faster, and react quicker. So, I guess that maybe I use it as a "fuel".
The real trick is to get rid of it when the time comes. Otherwise, rage poisons your spirit and becomes a great wound in the soul.
Has anyone noticed that when you feel "Rage" that it seems to really pump through your third eye, heart, and root chakra? It kind of skips chakras on the way down.
Any thoughts on this?

It was my fuel. If you let it control you, you will mostlikely get injuried.
The best I can explain it is I used it as a focus point and allowed all the emotions to be turned into energy. I once read about that from the book cosmic taoist healing, but I used it for many years now.
Emotions can be turned into energy if you can control them.
