THE VISION
Wow! I just had the first decent meditation for the first time in weeks! spent almost 1½ hour relaxing, focusing on nothing else then my breathing. Had a few light show visions, seeing dancing lights of various colors. Very beautiful In case Andrea reads this, yes, i did try the meditation you suggested. It's difficult, but something is happening! Anyway, after i wrapped up meditation (also listening to rain hitting livingroom window), i snuggled into couch with my headset on with some nice enya music to help me relax a bit more, as i had a cup of coffee earlier and suspected sleep might be difficult. It took whole 2 seconds before i found myself standing in the church i sometimes go to when in town. I stood alone inside the church. It were all dark and i moved closer in. Black. asking for some gentle light, a few "lights" shone from the cealing. I looked but couldnt tell exactly what the light came from. I moved further in, towards the altar. Standing right before it, a silver chalice stood on the white table cloth. It wasnt even half filled with red whine, and next to it i could see the bread used in communion. In sweden we call it oblat. Not sure of the english word. (Chalice in middle, bread to right), and on the left side of the chalice an open bible. I looked at it but couldnt read other then Isaiah 13:7.

Two candles were lit, standing right past the objects on the altar, illuminating it. I walked back through the church, towards the door. Looking back - the candles in the tree of life were lit. They weren't when i came there.

POEM (trust in me, my child)
Trust in me, my child
Fear not, for look in the sand
traces i have set of those walked here before you
Guided by my hand, led by the word
hear my voice, touch my heart with your faith
When nights grow long and cold
when fires cant warm your heart and soul
save a prayer. Turn to me, for i am here
never leaving your side, i sleep under the stars
As you bleed and turn in agony, restless nights
I tend the fires to keep the shadows away
Remember me.
