For myself, I've never thought mj should be illegal, so I wouldn't have a problem with the concept.

As for the possibility of it being legal, far fewer people get high and drive than those that drink simply because when you're high it's more entertaining to hang out on the couch and do nothing than to try and think straight enough to drive. I think that the government could legalize it, have it packaged like cigs, and tax it. Afterall, if they allow people to smoke cigs and kill those of us that don't, they might as well allow pot smokers the same freedom.
Oh, wait... legalizing it may bring in more taxes, but then thousands of DEA agents would have to focus on the more severe drugs... like meth.
