Description .This fundraiser is being held to raise funds for two children (Kaitlyn and Waylon, ages: 7 and 6), whose mother is terminally ill. The mother (my sister) has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, Cirrhosis, and multiple infections. She was released from the hospital today and no one knows whether she will make it or not. Due to the mother's condition, the children have been placed with their paternal grandmother (who has limited funds, as well), as their mother cannot care for them at this time. We need to pull together to raise as much money for this family as we can. Let's do it for the kids' sake, if for no other reason. The grandmother was gracious enough to take them in and we need to help her out as much as possible.

These children truly need everything. Your help and your prayers and blessings are most appreciated!!!

This fundraiser is being held to raise funds for two children (Kaitlyn and Waylon, ages: 7 and 6), whose mother is terminally ill. The mother (my sister) has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, Cirrhosis, and multiple infections. She was released from Methodist Hospital, and all that she wants is to spend her remaining time with her children and loved ones, with as little negativity as possible. Due to the mother's condition, the children have been placed with their paternal grandmother (who has limited funds, as well), as their mother cannot care for them at this time. However, they will be able to spend time with her as her health allows. We need to pull together to raise as much money for this family as we can. Let's do it for the kids' sake, if for no other reason. While my sister was in the hospital, someone went into her apartment and took all they wanted, leaving her with nothing. She now has an air mattress, the childrens' beds, and a few knick knacks. She needs any help possible. The grandmother was gracious enough to take them in and we need to help her out as much as possible.

These children and my sister truly need everything. Although my sister has health insurance, she has no income to cover the remaining costs (deductibles, copays, etc.), and unfortunately, we also have to prepare for funeral costs. Your help and your prayers and blessings are most appreciated!!!
