I think by now some of you guys recognize me.... maybe not? I say this because I recognize some of you. Myrrden Wolfheart, I don't know if is the same Myrrden from Unified Jedi, Empress Palpatine, well, you invited me over here. gazooayam I'm guessing is jedidiahknyte from Unified too. I think I saw Alethea too in here.

Well, overall I can say I'm rather new to the Jedi internet scene, but I have believed in the Force since shortly after the first time I watch Star Wars back in 1997.

When the Prequels and many other literature work came out my identification with the Jedi ways only grew stronger.

I've been rallying many jedi communities in the past few days. Each one has its own views on the Force and the Jedi, or what means to be a jedi in real life, and I'm beggining to understand how is that there is dozens of such jedi websites.

That's precisly the question that has brough me here, I was discussing with some fellas about the closing of this other jedi forum, unified jedi, and suddenly the conversation switched to "what is a jedi" debate. So we decided to come over here to keep talking on the topic. Now I must say, or ask if this site is new, 'cause I was directed by Empress Palpatine over here. I didn't find this one forum in my google search or following links of others sites.

Ok, I think that would be enough for a introduction. I just have to say I think I really like this forum, you don't call yourselves Order, Church, Religion, heck... you don't even call yourselves Jedi. That's good for a start, I think I'm gonna stick around here a long time.

Good to see you Obi! Yes, I'm the same Myrrden here and there.

The site's actually been here for just over three years, we sort of branched off from Unified Jedi, because I was an admin there and then I started this place... it's kind of the dark corner of the community that not many people know about. Until a couple of weeks ago, we didn't actually advertise it. Pretty much the only advertisement we had was by word of mouth or a list of links that Volund Starfire has been circulating for years, and even his link for us is out of date on the list.

Our goal isn't really to establish an "Order" or "Religion" per se, but rather to disperse information and have discussions that we can all participate in. Other than my title of "Administrator" which just lets people know who's running the admin section, we've only got one other title that's been claimed, that's gazoo's "Weaponsmaster". Though, I do see potential for the future to build on what we establish here as something that has some actual teachings, rather than just discussions and posts. It's been talked about a few times, but no one's ever moved beyond the initial suggestion of it.
