Ok this actually took work to make it fit here. This is a spread I use. I blended a few other spreads to make it work for me and if it works for you then wonderful. If it does not work for you then I would not recommand using it.
1. Spirit(overall you) 2. Air (mental training) 3. Fire(phsical training) 4. Water (emotional state) 5. Earth (Your life) 6. Facter card 7. FActer Card 8. Guardian Guard 9. Guide Card 10. Outcome Card (No changes in what you are doing) 11. Outcome Card 2 (If you make changes to what you are doing 12. Bottom of Tarot Deck, a guard that shows something to be mindful of.
Cards 1-5 represent you at the moment of reading. The other cards represent what will be going on is your life for the next time frame (time frame you are doing the spread for, a week, month, so forth. I believe that your readings will be best done for a reading per week and any reading over a year has too many facters involved.
I do 3 diffrent readings for myself. I do a Quarter reading Jan-March , a specific month reading and Weekly readings. By doing these readings I am able to make changes to lifes training and so forth. You make many decisions in your life from moment to moment that can change your future so this is why I stress doing weekly readings.
