Creamy Italian Dressing Yield: 3/4 cup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar 4 Tbsp Water 1/4 tsp Basil 1/4 tsp. Oregano 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice 3/4 tsp. Chopped Onions (or Chives) 1/2 cup low-fat Cottage Cheese (non-fat preferred)
Place all ingredients in blender, blend at low speed for 30 seconds. Refrigerate and allow to clabber overnight for flavor.
