Hello there ^_^ My name's Talon, and I've been introduced to this very interesting place by my Jedi mama and very close friend, Sapharin 
I come to bother you, Saphy! *botherbother*
I was a member of the Jedi Realist site, The Force Academy, when I was younger and got training as a Shadow Jedi. Note that I did not complete my training; I had a disagreement with the council there and chose to be the bigger man. I was also a semi-active visitor to Ashla Knights until recently; I left because real life was and is getting tough, not for any reason against them. I may return at some date when my life settles down a tad ^_^
I am heavily into the Samurai way of life, everything from perfecting my body through martial arts to tuning my mind with meditation and study. I am very proud of my current sword collection: a single black katana, a blue-and-gold katana, wakizashi, and tonto daito set, as well as a replica rapier circa WW2. I have two spears (both for show), a bow, and countless knives.
I am a converted Christian, Disciple denomination (I told you I like discipline). I was a Wiccan for a fair number of years before an incident in my group which resulted in the death of a close friend. No, I will not talk about it, so kindly do not ask ^_^ Not until I know you better, anyways.
That's about all I can think of, at the moment. Music choice isn't a big issue with me; anything but rap is okay in my book. I guess I prefer old rock (KISS army soldier forever!) and heavy metal, but honestly, I'll listen to just about anything. I'm also an uncertified English professor ;p I try to speak the language with accurate grammar and articulate wording as much as possible, though, I do not seek the same from others. ^_- I'm pretty much an open book, so ask me if you want to know something specific ;p
